Budget Office

The primary role of the Budget Office is to establish the universitys operating budget each year within parameters and guidelines established by the Chancellor and Provost. We work with other campus units to maintain the fiscal integrity of the budget throughout the year.

Comptroller's Office

The Comptroller's Office is responsible for developing and administering policies and procedures for university business related transactions and systems. The Comptroller's Office is comprised of an Administrative Unit, Central Accounting and Purchasing Services, Financial Management Services, Payroll Services, PeopleSoft Financial System Administration Services, Property Accounting Services, and the Bursar's Office

KU Card Center

The Card Center is responsible for the issuance and management of the KU Card, which is the official University of Kansas identification for students, faculty, staff, and other members of the KU community. The KU Card provides access to university facilities, services, cash convenience, and more. The Card Center also issues departmental copy cards and badges.
